Why would anyone edit for free?

Because I'm new to real estate, not to editing. What I don't have yet is a portfolio of homes, and you probably have shoots sitting on a hard drive that never became a video.

You get a finished edit. I get a real project to show. If it works out, maybe you'll send me more later.

What I pay attention to.

Smooth pacing that follows how you'd walk the house
True color: whites that look white, windows that aren't blown out
Level horizons and straight vertical lines
Licensed music, so the video never gets muted
Your agent's branding, or none for MLS
